Shipping

Everything is made to order in Dallas. Processing takes [3–5] business days before your order ships. During market weekends or a zine release it may run longer. I will post a note on the website and on my instagram if this happens.

Options at checkout:

• Zines, small prints, cards — flat envelope, $2, untracked

• Large prints (8.5×11) — rigid mailer, $5

• Tracked upgrade / multi-item — padded mailer, $6

• Hats — $6

About tracking: standard envelope shipping doesn't include tracking. Zines and 2.5×3.5 prints will be sent via snail mail.

How prints are packed: 4×6 and 8.5×11 prints are packed with a sleeve and rigid mailer. Every order includes a care card.

International: currently US only. I will work on international shipping soon!!

Returns

If you have any issues with your oder, please reach out with your order number to info@valeriavintage.com.

If there’s any discoloration or damaged packaging or you’ve received the wrong order, please let me know and I will do my best to give you a return/exchange.
